The overall theme of this band-aid packaging project was to create a tribute to Steven King’s horror film and novel “It”. The film "It" was introduced in the early ’90s and was later rebooted in two movies, “It: Chapter 1” which came out in 2017 and “It: Chapter 2” which came out in 2019. The purpose and overall vision of this project were to create a Halloween theme band-aid that pays tribute to one of the iconic horror films and creates an appealing packaging to the audience who are fans of the film or horror films in general which can span from teenagers to young adults. To achieve the mood of the films in the package the band-aid logo was changed to suit that of a horror film with its blood-like appearance. The Johnson &Johnson logo was also changed to give it a more sinister feeling with some effects showing the logo more dimmed than its original logo.
